Returning unopened items to WiFiGear.co.uk - 7 days

You may return your goods unopened at anytime within the first 7 days and receive a full refund**. Date starts from time of goods received to customer and must leave the customer within those 7 days.

The following criteria must also be fulfilled:

  • Goods must be unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap intact.
  • Return of the goods are your responsibility until signed for by us.
  • Goods must be returned complete including all CD's, manuals , cables and all packaging.
  • The cost of returning the goods remains your responsibility. (Please use a recorded delivery with signature)

If this is not the case a re-stoking fee of 30% will be applied to your refund.

Returning faulty goods - Within 30 days

  • If your goods are delivered damaged or your goods become faulty within the first 30 days after delivery please contact support to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved by support you may be issued with a returns number. You may also first need to contact the manufacture of the goods to confirm the item is faulty before we issue you a returns number.

When returning your goods the following criteria must also be fulfilled:-

  • Return of the goods are your responsibility until signed for by us.
  • Goods must be returned complete including all CD's, manuals and cables.
  • The cost of returning the goods remains your responsibility.
  • You must include your returns number with your goods.

Goods not found to be faulty

Any items that are classes as "No fault found" will be charged at £80 per hour postage and items will not be retured until this has been paid in full.

Goods found to be faulty

If your goods are found to be faulty (inside of warrenty) we will process it through the manufacturers RMA proccess which can take up to 4-6 weeks.

Goods faulty after 30 days

If your goods become faulty after 30 days we reserve the right to ask you to return your goods directly to the manufacturer either to be replaced or repaired.

When returning your goods the following criteria must also be fulfilled:-

  • Return of the goods are your responsibility until signed for.
  • Goods must be returned complete including all CD's, manuals and cables.
  • The cost of returning the goods remains your responsibility.
  • You must include your returns number with your goods.

**Note: In all cases your delivery fee's will not be refunded, and if you purchased via credit card then a small administration fee will be payable. (1.5% of total amount 80p. These charges are charged by the credit card company)
